Stoneybrook Niners

Every Tuesday and Thursday a group of Stoneybrook ladies take over the back nine holes of the Stoneybrook Golf Course from 8 am to 11 am.  After playing most players go to the Club House for an early (11 am) lunch. 

Lites

Tuesday is the fun day.  Each week they play a scramble or some other game.  The 11th and 16th tees are moved forward so they don’t actually play any par fives. The Lites (Tuesday players) are either beginners just learning the game, or women who just enjoy playing the games and enjoy the camaraderie of like players.  If you want to learn golf and play with a relaxed group of ladies, Tuesday is for you.

Thursday Niners

On Thursday they have a group of ladies who are more serious about learning the game of golf. .  The Thursday Niners are actually trying to improve their games by learning the rules of golf and playing their own game or women who have been playing for a while and prefer nine holes to 18.  While they take the game of golf more seriously, they are open, friendly and welcome other players.
