Stoneybrook Optimization
Stoneybrook is a residential community located in Heritage Harbour near the intersection of Interstate 75 and State Route 64. The community is comprised of single family residences, villas, carriage homes, and coach homes. The residents enjoy a wide range of amenities that enhance the value and experience of living in the community. Stoneybrook presently has 947 residences. The proposed development of Stoneybrook Phase II will result in the addition of 733 additional homes and additional amenities to enhance the existing community amenities. Optimization Committee
The community has formed an Optimization Committee to assure the preservation and enhancement of all aspects of the community through the involvement of residents of Stoneybrook in a mutual commitment to development of all phases of the community including appearance, services, community involvement, and activities. The Optimization Committee holds regularly scheduled meetings to share information and to receive ideas for the improvement of the community. The Optimization Committee is an independent community committee that operates in an advisory capacity when working with the developer. The Optimization Committee has established committees to address various community needs and activities.
Each committee is semi autonomous and the overall optimization committee is a council composed of sub committee chairpersons.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee addresses budget issues, tracks revenues and expenses, reviews the annual audits, and analyzes data to develop an understanding of financial issues that impact the long term financial health of the community.
Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee addresses landscape, lake, pond, and wetland issues in Stoneybrook. The committee has been working with Lennar to examine issues in these areas and to address implementation of improvements that will enhance the appearance of the community, preserve the existing plantings, mitigate expenses, and achieve a long term perspective in managing the common areas costs.
Helping Hands
The Helping Hands committee serves the community through the identification of specific residents needs in times of illness, distress, the loss of loved ones, or other events and then addresses those needs through help and encouragement from the community. Details.
Neighborhood Watch
The community has organized a Neighborhood Watch program to support the residents of the community through the distribution of information, special programs, and resident involvement to promote awareness and safety of the residents. Details.

Stoneybrook and all of Heritage Harbour have a homeowner sponsored web site which you are currently on. Details
Stoneybrook has a newsletter to provide information about the community, planned activities, and announcements pertinent to all residents. The newsletter is available in print at the Recreation Center and may be received by email by providing your email address to the Recreation Center staff. There is a monthly potluck dinner for all residents. In addition, special events are planned by various groups.
