Breakfast With Mr and Mrs Santa Claus

Fifty four children from our community enjoyed Breakfast with Santa on Saturday December 4th. It is a wonderful special event for the children. Many thanks to the Faust’s, Martinetti’s, Ott’s, Betti’s and Arras ’s who helped set up on Friday night. Thank you to Chuck Faust and Phil Martinetti for picking up the pancakes and syrup.

What a wonderful crew of volunteers who manned the registration table, served food, greeted parents and helped keep everything running smoothly. Special thanks to our photographer, Nancy Lively and her helpers. The children were delighted with their craft supervised by Phyllis and Curly. And what fun they had in story time with the “Elf on the Shelf” led by Cindy.

Special thanks to our very own Santa and Mrs Santa who greeted the children. The children will receive a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus and each child received a candy cane from Santa as well as a wrapped gift.

Special thanks goes to the Country Pancake House and Restaurant in Lakewood Ranch for their wonderful donation of 120 pancakes and syrup. (This is the 3rd year for their donation).
