Stoneybrook is a residential community located in Heritage Harbour near the intersection of Interstate 75 and State Route 64.  The community is comprised of single family residences, villas, carriage homes, and coach homes.  The residents enjoy a wide range of amenities that enhance the value and experience of living in the community.  Stoneybrook presently has 947 residences.  The proposed development of Stoneybrook Phase II will result in the addition of 733 additional homes and additional amenities to enhance the existing community amenities.  When completed, Stoneybrook will include 1680 individual residences.
