The Heritage Harbour Master Association was incorporated as a Non-Profit Corporation on March 6, 2000 under Florida Statute Chapter 617. It is regulated by Florida Statute Chapter 720.
Organizational Structure
The Association has a three (3) member Board of Directors, consisting of all developer (Lennar) personnel.

Responsibilities of the Heritage Harbour Master Association
The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring covenant enforcement, preparation of annual operating budget and an annual end of the year audited financial report. The Board also manages the contract for the Association Management (Vision Association Management), and the Heritage Harbour cable (Brighthouse) and Roving Patrol (International Security & Safety Group) contracts.
The association also is responsible for maintaining the Common Areas (lakes, roads, preserves, street lighting and irrigation) of Heritage Harbour outside of the various Community Associations (Stoneybrook, River Strand, Lighthouse Cove, Yacht Club and Heritage Harbour Market Place). This area is approximately 440 acres and includes areas such as Central Park, athletic fields, and Heritage Harbour’s Main Entrance Waterfalls.
